Introduction
Citrine stone stimulates intellect and mental activity, overcomes the difficulty and helps in digesting information and analyzing situation. Citrin is a private non-profit association
supporting personal development, particularly through adult education.
This includes courses, seminars, workshops, and more. The Citrin
association is involved in European programmes and projects (Leonardo
da Vinci, Grundtvig). It was established in 2001 and is based in
Prague. Citrin cooperates and exchanges experiences with partners in
more than 10 European countries. The chairperson of the Citrin
association is Dagmar Hartmannová, facilitator and coordinator of many
international and national projects in the mentioned fields.

communication, life style and E-tools.

Main aim of the project
To support the educational challenge of an ageing population in Europe and intergenerational cooperation between seniors and youth using story-telling learning, story-telling festivals and workshops, examples of good practice and learning to learn.Main activities
International project meetings, storytelling workshops during storytelling festivals, development of WEB platform and Methodical, video and audio materials about Storytelling, story preparing and telling, information day for stakeholders, final conference. Association “Haritas” is leading partner in this

Citrin is involved in Leonardo da Vinci Mobility of individuals:
Transnational Placements in Enterprises for People in the Labour Market
(PLM). Group of Czech graphic designers spent 4 weeks in Northern
Ireland, in Londonderry. The project will continue in 2014.

Sing and Move
Erasmus+, Youth ExchangeCitrin was involved in the project Sing and Move." This youth
exchange on the topic of artistic practice took place in France
(Alsace) in October 2015. The aim of the project was to provide young
participants skills in the field of singing and artistic expression in
general. It's also supposed to promote better cultural understanding
between young Europeans from seven countries , to sensitize them to the
issues of European citizenship and sustainable development through
various activities based on formal and non-formal education methods.
The main topis of the exchange was singing of traditional songs. Songs are the common point of european cultural tradition and heritage. Singing is a pertinent tool of intercultural communication.

Songs We Sing
Erasmus+, Youth ExchangeThe project "Songs We Sing" was a youth exchange on the theme of
artistic practice as a springboard to the social integration of young
people and a community cohesion factor. It aimed to provide young
participants skills in the field of singing and artistic expression in
general. It also aimed to promote intercultural understanding between
young Europeans, to raise awareness about issues of European
citizenship and sustainable development through various activities
based on methods of formal and informal training.
The exchange took a place at Strnadovský Mlýn near town Sedlčany in July 2016. Participants spent six days together practicing songs from each country for recording and a final concert that held place at senior house. Part of the exchange was a trip to a war memorial called Vojna where everyone had a chance to learn something about the history of the country.
